Small animals alone can be in a space as small as 10x10, larger animals need more space. If pony rides are requested, we would need a suitable area for a walking path. This means a large grassy area or quiet street. We also need room to park our vehicles and a stock trailer near the event.

Our team will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to your start time. We provide all the necessary fencing, tables and canopies. If your event is already in progress, children will need to be kept away from the setup area until all the animals are secured and we’re ready to start. Remember we will need a place to park our trucks as close as possible.
Along with enough team members to support your event and the animals we will bring the pens/fencing, tarps, canopies, tables, power cords, generator, animal feed and snacks, and waste removal tools. We provide hand sanitizer as well.
Due to the size of a mini horse only children weighing less than 150lbs can ride. Everyone can pet and feed them as they are very friendly. Our micro mini horse cannot be ridden.
We use CashApp ($worthfamilyacres), business checks, and of course cash. An invoice will be provided.
We understand life happens and weather conditions can be unpredictable in South Carolina. If it rains, we can offer to reschedule or provide some of our services in a garage or pavilion if available. Pony rides and bounce houses will not be available in the rain. We can provide canopies for small animal events if it is not windy or raining too hard. This is determined by us on the day of the party or event.
Our deposit amount is based on the total package amount you have booked. The deposit of 1/2 of the total package secures your date and time on our calendar. And is due at booking. We will make every effort to reschedule your event if it rains. Deposits are only refunded in the event of inclement weather and will be subject to a $50 scheduling fee.
Our team always brings the tools needed for feces pick up and removal. Small animals have smaller pellets, some could be missed but its great fertilizer! We try our hardest to leave your space as we found it. Tarps can be placed under the animals if requested.
Yes we carry liability insurance. Please keep in mind that animals have teeth and hooves. The is always a risk of injury. We are always in direct supervision of our animals. If we see an issue it will be addressed immediately. Examples of that are not limited to but include, loud noises that can spook the animals, improper handling, or a house hold pet making contact.
For your peace of mind goats have small lower teeth and no uppers, they love to nibble and suck on EVERYTHING but usually cant damage it. Long hair and jewelry or badges will end up enticing them. The animals love people and interaction, they will get excited and want to be petting and fed.
